COVID-19 CERTIFICATION MANAGEMENT
EdSmart’s COVID-19 Certification Management gives your school risk management peace of mind. It provides an easy and efficient way to know everyone’s immunisation status at a glance, which assists your school in its compliance with Federal and State vaccine mandates.
With privacy considerations top of mind, staff can control how, what and where data is shared while remaining securely encrypted within EdSmart.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
Save time and say goodbye to spreadsheets. A simple feature that will allow schools to securely collect crucial vaccination data and evidence via an encrypted platform to keep everyone safe.
Existing EdSmart schools can be up and running with the COVID-19 Certification Management functionality and are ready to capture vaccination certificates in less than 10 minutes. New customers can be set up in just 60 minutes.
Users can upload their COVID-19 Digital Certificate proof of vaccination via ‘My Profile’. In addition, even Administrators can now upload documents and certificates on behalf of other staff members.
After adding the file, the user or administrator can choose from different Vaccination Statuses.
The Main Menu will have the option Certification, only displayed to Administrators.
LIST USER CERTIFICATIONS
Administrators can list all staff, and filter whether they have a particular certification.
VERIFY USER CERTIFICATION
Once the Certification is viewed and the document is checked the status can be changed to ‘Verified’.
REPORTS AND EXPORT
There are two exports available from the List User Certifications page: Export XLS or Export ZIP.
